London Necropolis

It has to be said, despite its beautiful stone work, the variety of monuments, Brompton Cemetery is not ... I repeat NOT suitable for walking around alone during the day. I have not only heard many reports from other taphophiles about how they feel uncomfortable in Brompton. Unfortunately I only heard after I had visited alone. I was followed by two different men, both who made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I only managed to get so many shots because a police-man was walking through and said he'd keep checking up on me. It's such a pity as the cemetery itself is quite beautiful - despite being chocablock with memorial stone.
